The investor and developer of PPTP is Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji Sp. z o.o. (WCWI).
WCWI aims to give the regenerated area new uses and reconnect it with the city’s economic and functional structure.
The company’s activities can help return this land to the city, improve spatial cohesion and initiate changes in this part of the district, creating a foundation for further business development.
Immediately adjacent to PPTP is a 12-hectare site designated for service and industrial uses in the local spatial development plan. Land has also been reserved for planned public transport infrastructure, including the Klin Dębiecki tram route and tram terminus, and a park-and-ride car park.

WCWI can provide a comprehensive service covering the project’s formal and legal requirements: preparation of design documentation, obtaining the necessary administrative approvals, design supervision and supervision on behalf of the investor.
At the investor’s request, WCWI can also manage the property after the investment is completed.
